Our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms to understand our refund and exchange policies:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer. Undergarments, including bras, boxers, and other intimates, are final sale items and not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We may provide return labels for these cases. Please report any defective or damaged merchandise before returning.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different products or sizes that are of the same value. However, customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanges. To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team.

Return Process: Contact our customer service to start the return process. After we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, minus shipping fees. Allow 7-10 business days for the refund or exchange process.

International Customers: This policy also applies to international customers, under the same conditions.
